Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked noodles
- 8 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups mixed bell peppers (red, green, yellow), sliced
- 1 medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
