Ingredients

  • 8 pieces chicken drumsticks
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup bbq sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a sheet pan with foil and lightly oil it.

    Pat drumsticks dry with paper towels. Arrange on the pan in a single layer.

    Whisk together honey, bbq sauce, cider vinegar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

    Brush half the glaze onto the drumsticks, turning to coat all sides evenly.

    Roast for 12 minutes. Remove from oven, brush with remaining glaze, and shake the pan to coat.

    Return to oven for 4–6 minutes until edges are caramelized and glossy. Serve hot.
