Ingredients

  • 8 pieces chicken legs (thighs + drumsticks)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat chicken legs dry with paper towels.

    Arrange chicken on a large sheet pan. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

    Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Toss until evenly coated.

    Roast uncovered for 20 minutes until edges begin to brown.

    Remove from oven. Brush chicken generously with barbecue sauce, coating both sides.
