Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs baby back pork ribs, cut into 2-rib segments
- ⅓ cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds (white or black) for garnish
