Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb pre-cooked baby back ribs (about 1.5 lbs)
  • ½ cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 lb potato wedges (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup tortilla chips
  • ¾ cup pickled vegetables (jarred)

Instructions

    Preheat broiler. Spread potato wedges on a sheet pan, drizzle with oil, salt, and pepper.

    Broil wedges on the middle rack for 8 minutes, stirring once, until edges are golden.

    Stir BBQ sauce and honey together in a small bowl until smooth and glossy.
