- 1.5 cups water
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 stalks green onions
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil

In a medium bowl, whisk the 3 eggs, 1.5 cups water, and 0.5 tsp salt until just combined and slightly frothy, about 1 minute.

Thinly slice the 2 green onions, separating white and green parts. Stir the white parts into the egg mixture.
