  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 14 oz canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1.5 cup sharp cheddar, shredded
  • 3 clove garlic, minced
  • 8 oz pita chips, for serving

Instructions

    Add cream cheese and sour cream to a bowl. Whisk until smooth and no lumps remain.
