Ingredients
- 1 lb minced pork
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 4 red chili peppers
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cups cooked rice

Mince the 4 garlic cloves and 4 red chili peppers together until coarse. Heat 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.

Add the garlic-chili mixture and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the 1 lb minced pork and spread it out; let it sear without stirring for 1 minute.

Stir-fry the pork, breaking it up, until it is no longer pink and starts to brown, about 4-5 minutes. Add the 3 tbsp soy sauce and stir to coat.

Turn off the heat and stir in the 1 cup basil leaves until they wilt. Serve immediately over the 2 cups cooked rice.
