Ingredients

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 3 cups pepper jack cheese, shredded
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 3 tbsp butter

    Boil elbow pasta in salted water until al dente, about 8 minutes, then drain.

    Pour in milk and stir constantly until it steams, then add shredded pepper jack.
