Ingredients
- 1 medium (about 1 lb) green papaya, peeled and seeded
- 2 limes lime (juiced)
- 1 large Thai chili or red chili, seeded and minced
- ½ cup roasted unsalted peanuts, roughly chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ½ cup, loosely packed fresh cilantro and mint (mixed)
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
