Ingredients

  • 1 large firm ripe mango, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian)
  • 1 whole red Thai chili, thinly sliced (or chili flakes)
  • ¼ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tbsp crispy fried shallots

Instructions
