Ingredients
- 1 medium green papaya, peeled and julienned
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 whole Thai bird's eye chili, sliced
- 1 cup long beans or green beans, cut into 2-inch pieces
- ¾ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- ¼ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
