- 2 tbsp Gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Fish sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger, minced
- 3 cups Water or seafood broth
