Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken feet
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 stalks green onions
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- 1
Rinse the 1 lb chicken feet and trim any rough nails. In a pot, add the feet and cover with cold water; bring to a boil, then drain and rinse. This cleans them and removes excess fat.
- 2
In the same pot, combine the 3 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp gochujang, 4 minced garlic cloves, and 1 cup water. Stir until the gochujang dissolves.
- 3
Add the blanched chicken feet to the sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to a simmer. Cover and cook until the feet are tender and the sauce has thickened, about 20 minutes. The sauce should cling to the feet and the skin should be glossy.

Slice the 3 green onions into thin rounds. Stir half into the pot and cook for 1 minute more. Serve hot, garnished with the remaining green onions.
