Ingredients
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1.5 tsp garam masala
- 1.5 cups frozen peas
- 3 tbsp tomato paste

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Add diced onion and cook until translucent, about 3 minutes.

Stir in ginger-garlic paste and garam masala. Cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add ground lamb and break it up with a spoon while browning, 5–6 minutes until no pink remains.

Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute, then add 1/2 cup water and salt to taste.
