Ingredients

- ½ lb chicken breast, diced
- 1.5 cups long-grain white rice
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (canned)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 4 pods whole cardamom pods
- 1 tsp cumin seeds

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cardamom and cumin seeds, stirring until fragrant, about 60 seconds.

Add ground beef and diced chicken, breaking up with a spoon, until no pink remains, about 5 minutes.

Stir in rice, coating it with oil, then add canned tomatoes and broth. Bring to a boil.
