- ¼ lb jamón serrano or prosciutto, sliced thin
- ¼ lb aged manchego or pecorino cheese, sliced
- 2 medium ripe tomatoes
- 8 fillets anchovy fillets in oil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh basil or parsley, chopped
