Ingredients

  • 4 cups, chopped romaine or mixed lettuce
  • 2 whole hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 can (5 oz), drained canned tuna in water
  • 1 cup, halved cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup green olives, pitted
  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
