Ingredients

  • 12 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds (white, black, or mixed)
  • 2 tbsp sriracha sauce

Instructions

    Whisk soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil in a bowl.

    Add tuna cubes to the dressing and toss gently until coated, ~1 minute.

    Let the tuna sit in the dressing for 5 minutes so flavors soak in.

    Divide avocado slices between two bowls, fanning them slightly.

    Spoon the dressed tuna on top of the avocado in each bowl.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds over the stack and drizzle sriracha around the plate.
