Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- ⅓ cup bread crumbs
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 can (14.5 oz) canned crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Mix ground beef, bread crumbs, half the garlic, cumin, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp pepper in a bowl until just combined.

Roll into 12–16 walnut-sized balls. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering.

Working in batches, sear meatballs 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown, then transfer to a plate.

Add remaining garlic to the skillet, stir for 30 seconds until fragrant, then pour in tomatoes and vinegar.

Return meatballs to the sauce, reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer uncovered for 8–10 minutes until glossy.
