Ingredients
- 1 block (about 14 oz) soft tofu
- 3 tablespoons chili oil
- 3 stalks green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- ½ teaspoon salt

Drain the 1 block soft tofu and gently pat dry with paper towels. Place it on a serving plate.

Thinly slice the 3 green onions, separating white and green parts.

In a small bowl, mix the 3 tbsp chili oil, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 0.5 tsp salt.
