Ingredients

  • 20 count frozen beef meatballs
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 count sub rolls
  • 8 slices provolone cheese, sliced
  • ½ cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, torn

Instructions

    Line a sheet pan with foil. Toss frozen meatballs with marinara and smoked paprika until coated.

    Spread meatballs on the sheet pan in a single layer. Broil 6 inches from heat for 8–10 minutes until bubbling.

    Split sub rolls and lay them open on a clean sheet pan. Fill each with meatballs and sauce, dividing evenly.

    Top each sub with 2 slices provolone and a handful of pepperoni. Broil 2–3 minutes until cheese melts.

    Remove from broiler and scatter fresh basil over the top. Serve immediately.
