Ingredients
- 1 lb smoked pork sausage
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 1.5 lb potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Slice sausage into 1/2-inch rounds. Peel and dice potatoes into 1-inch cubes. Thinly slice onion and mince garlic.
