Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 2 pieces (about 1 lb) chicken breast, boneless skinless
  • 1.5 tbsp smoked paprika
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper

Instructions

    Boil salted water in a pot and cook rotini until al dente, about 8 minutes.

    Mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper on a plate.

    Pat chicken dry and coat both sides generously with the paprika mixture.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 90 seconds.
