  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1.5 tsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

    Chop bell peppers into 1-inch chunks. Cut broccoli into bite-sized florets.

    Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, and minced garlic in a small bowl.

    Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until shimmering, ~90 seconds.
