Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh Chinese egg noodles
  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp chili oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 stalks green onions
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. 1

Cook the 8 oz noodles in boiling water until al dente, about 4-5 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

  2. 2

In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp chili oil, 2 tbsp tahini, and 2 minced garlic cloves. Stir until smooth.

  3. 3

Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high. Add 0.5 lb ground pork and cook, breaking it up, until browned and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

Add the sauce to the pork and stir for 1 minute until fragrant and well combined.

  5. 5

Toss the cooked noodles with the pork sauce until evenly coated. Serve topped with sliced green onions.
