Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ¾ cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Mix flour and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a bowl. Gradually add water, stirring until a dough forms. Knead until smooth, about 5 minutes. Cover and rest 30 minutes.

Chop shrimp into small pieces. In a bowl, combine shrimp, remaining salt, white pepper, sesame oil, and green onions. Mix well and refrigerate.
