Ingredients
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 12 oz frozen french fries
- 8 oz frozen yuca fries
- ½ lb Spanish chorizo sausage, sliced into rounds

Preheat oven to 425°F. Pat chicken breasts dry and flatten slightly with the heel of your hand to ½-inch even thickness.

Stir minced garlic with lime juice, 2 tbsp oil, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp pepper to make mojo marinade. Rub generously over both sides of chicken.

Arrange chicken, french fries, yuca fries, and chorizo on a large sheet pan. Drizzle fries and sausage with 1 tbsp oil and a pinch of salt.

Roast for 12–14 minutes. Chicken is done when an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F and juices run clear.

Remove from oven. Chicken should be golden and edges crispy; fries should be golden-brown and tender inside.

Serve chicken with crispy fries, yuca, and chorizo on a plate. Drizzle pan juices over chicken if desired.
