Ingredients
- 4 thighs boneless chicken thighs
- 1 whole orange (zested and juiced)
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz frozen french fries
- 1.5 cups fresh pineapple, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 cups shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes
