Ingredients
- 1.5 lb pork ribs (baby back or spare), cut into 2-3 rib portions
- 8 oz asparagus, trimmed
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 pinch salt and black pepper to taste
