Ingredients
- 12 pieces store-bought puri (fried shells)
- 2 medium boiled potatoes, peeled and diced small
- ½ cup tamarind chutney
- ¾ cup sev (chickpea noodles)
- ½ medium onion, minced
- 1 tsp chaat masala powder
- 3 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
