Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons black sesame seeds

In a large bowl, whisk together the 2 cups flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and 1 tsp salt. Make a well in the center.

Pour in the 0.75 cup water and 2 tbsp olive oil. Stir with a fork until a shaggy dough forms, then knead gently in the bowl for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball, then flatten into a 6-inch round about 1/4 inch thick.

Press the 2 tbsp black sesame seeds into both sides of each round. Heat a dry skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook each flatbread for 2-3 minutes per side, until puffed and golden with dark spots. Serve warm.
