Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon milk

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp baking powder, and 1/2 tsp salt. Add 3/4 cup yogurt and stir until a soft dough forms.

Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead gently 5-6 times until smooth. Divide into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a round bun.

Place buns on the baking sheet. Brush tops with 1 tbsp milk and sprinkle with 2 tbsp sesame seeds.
