Ingredients
- 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup warm water
- 1.5 tsp instant yeast
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ¾ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds

Mix warm water, yeast, and a pinch of sugar in a bowl. Let sit 2 minutes until foamy.

Add flour, 2 tbsp olive oil, and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until a shaggy dough forms, ~1 minute.

Knead the dough in the bowl with your hands for 3 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Divide dough in half. Stretch each piece into a 1/4-inch-thick oval on a parchment-lined sheet pan.

Brush both ovals with remaining 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds evenly over the top.
