Ingredients

  • 12 oz sushi-grade ahi tuna
  • 1 whole ripe avocado
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • ½ cup wonton crisps or crispy rice

Instructions

    Cut ahi tuna into 3/4-inch cubes. Pat dry with a paper towel.

    Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and ginger in a small bowl.

    Toss tuna with the dressing and let sit for 5 minutes to marinate.
