Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 cups butter biscuits (digestive or Maria biscuits), crushed
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

    Whip cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form, ~2 minutes.

    Fold the condensed milk into the whipped cream until smooth and evenly combined.

    Toss crushed biscuits with melted butter until evenly coated.

    Layer cream and biscuits in a dish or cups: biscuits, then cream, then biscuits, then cream.
