Ingredients
- 4 filets white fish fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 whole lemon
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley
- ½ tsp salt

Pat the 4 fish fillets dry and season both sides with the 0.5 tsp salt and a few grinds of black pepper.

Heat the 2 tbsp olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high until shimmering, about 2 minutes.

Place the fillets skin-side down in the pan and cook without moving until the edges turn opaque and the bottom is golden, about 4 minutes.

Flip the fillets, add the 2 tbsp butter and the juice of the 1 lemon, and cook until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 2 more minutes.
