- 8 oz large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 oz mussels or clams, cleaned
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz frozen French fries

Preheat oven to 425°F. Start the fries in an air fryer or oven on a separate pan.

Boil spaghetti in salted water until just al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain well.

Tear off two 18-inch sheets of parchment. Divide pasta between them, then top with shrimp, mussels, minced garlic, and wine.
