Ingredients
- ½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ½ lb squid, cleaned and sliced into rings
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tbsp lime juice
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add the 0.5 lb shrimp and 0.5 lb squid; cook until shrimp are pink and squid is opaque, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

In a large bowl, combine the 4 cups chopped romaine, 1 cup halved cherry tomatoes, 0.5 medium sliced red onion, and 0.25 cup chopped cilantro.

Add the cooked seafood to the bowl with the vegetables.

In a small bowl, whisk together the 3 tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp olive oil, and 1 sliced red chili. Season with salt and pepper.
