Ingredients
- 2 lb mixed seafood (mussels, clams, crab, shrimp, scallops)
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 lemon
- ¼ cup parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper

Clean and debeard mussels and clams; rinse shrimp and scallops. Pat dry with paper towels.

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add white wine and bring to a simmer. Season with salt and pepper.

Add mussels and clams, cover, and cook until they open, about 5-7 minutes. Discard any that stay closed.

Add shrimp, scallops, and crab. Cook until shrimp turn pink and scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes.

Squeeze lemon juice over the top and garnish with parsley. Serve hot with crusty bread or over pasta.
