Ingredients

  • ½ cup (115g) butter, softened
  • ¼ cup (50g) sugar
  • 1 cup (125g) flour
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

    Mix butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.

    Stir in flour and salt until the mixture looks like fine breadcrumbs.

    Press the dough into an 8-inch round on a baking sheet into a 1/4-inch-thick disc.

    Prick the top all over with a fork, then score the dough into 12 wedges.
