Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles or fresh Chinese noodles
- 6 oz scallions, white and green parts separated, sliced thin
- ⅓ cup neutral oil (vegetable or peanut)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 pinch salt and white pepper to taste
