Ingredients
- 1 cup sticky rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp salt

Rinse the 1 cup sticky rice in cold water until the water runs clear, then drain well.

Heat the 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the 2 minced garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add the drained rice to the pot and stir to coat with oil, toasting for 2 minutes until slightly translucent.

Pour in the 2 cups chicken broth and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Add the 0.5 tsp salt and stir once.
