Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- 1 medium onion
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 stalks green onions
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Cook the 8 oz egg noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, about 6-8 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat the 2 tbsp vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the 1 sliced onion and cook until soft and golden, about 8 minutes.

Add the 2 cups sauerkraut (drained) to the skillet. Cook, stirring, until heated through and slightly caramelized, about 5 minutes.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and hot, about 2 minutes.
