Ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin or tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 3 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp chili paste (sambal) or sriracha
- ¼ cup crispy fried shallots
