- 2 medium red chilies, sliced
- 1 tbsp ginger, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup total (mixed fresh) cherry tomatoes + lettuce
