- 8 oz sashimi-grade salmon
- 2 oz daikon radish
- 4 leaves shiso leaves
- 2 tbsp crispy fried onions
- 1 serving wasabi and pickled ginger

Slice the 8 oz tuna and 8 oz salmon into 1/4-inch thick pieces against the grain, using a sharp knife.

Peel the 2 oz daikon and cut into thin matchsticks; soak in ice water for 5 minutes, then drain well.
