Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons cold butter
- ½ cup water
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt

Preheat oven to 400°F. In a large bowl, whisk together 2 cups flour, 1 tsp baking soda, and 1 tsp salt.

Cut 4 tbsp cold butter into small pieces and rub into the flour mixture with your fingers until it looks like coarse crumbs.

Add 1/2 cup water and stir until a dough forms. Knead gently on a floured surface for 2 minutes until smooth.

Roll the dough very thin, about 1/8 inch thick. Prick all over with a fork to prevent bubbling.

Cut into 2-inch squares and transfer to a baking sheet. Brush tops with a little water and sprinkle with 1 tsp coarse salt.
