Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt (full-fat Greek or whole milk)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions

    Toast cumin seeds in a small skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until fragrant and darkened, 60-90 seconds.

    Let cumin cool for 30 seconds, then crush lightly with the back of a spoon.

    Add yogurt, milk, ice, crushed cumin, and salt to a blender.
