Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups plain yogurt (full-fat)
  • 1 cup water or ice
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 4 leaves fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

    Toast cumin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring, until fragrant—about 60 seconds. Transfer to a plate to cool.
